D&G工厂审核标准变更
●Factory Audit Fees to Be Paid By the Vendor/Factory 审核费用由供应商/工厂支付
• Effective for factory audits conducted on or after 6 July 2009, if the audit results for an initial or annual recertification audit do not lead to the factory being certified,
a chargeback will be issued to the vendor for the audit fees owed to the audit company. Payments not received promptly may result in delays or cancellation of shipments.
如在2009年7月6日及之后进行的初审或年审中未能获得被认可的结果,第三方审核公司的审核费用将从供应商处索回。如未能立即返还审核费用,将延迟或取消当前的订单。

● New Items Reviewed During Audit 新增的审核项

• The factory must have a written policy prohibiting the use of corporal punishment which is communicated to the workers. 工厂必须建立严禁体罚的成文的政策,并与员工进行沟通。

• The factory must have a written policy that overtime is voluntary which is communicated to the workers. 工厂必须建立加班自愿的成文的政策,并与员工进行沟通。

ü Revisions of Requirements
• Verification that the factory does not engage in transshipping has been transferred to the Dollar General Customs Team. 确认没参与转运的工厂已提交给DG的海关小组。

• Please review the factory information on the vendor manual for updates on calculating work hours. 请审核供应商手册中的工厂资料中是否有工时计算方面的更新信息。

● Changes to Probation Levels 1 and 2 待考察等级1和2的相关改变

• Probation level 1 results from violations regarding 以下项目出现违规会导致待考察等级1:
    Corporal Punishment Policy 体罚政策
    Regular and overtime pay rate 正常工资及加班工资
    Day of rest  休息日
    Maximum work hours 最长工时
    Voluntary overtime 自愿加班

• Probation level 2 results from violations regarding 以下项目出现违规会导致待考察等级2:
    Insufficient Documentation-proof of age 年龄证明文件不足
    Emergency exits 紧急出口
    Fire extinguishers 灭火器
 
●No Change to Automatic Failures 冻结的标准维持不变
• Dollar General will not use any factory that employees workers younger than 16 years of age. DG不会与雇佣小于16周岁童工的工厂合作
• Dollar General will not use any factory that uses prison, forced or bonded labor. DG不会与雇佣囚工、强迫劳工或债务劳工的工厂合作
